Office Managers

• Office Manager Bi-Monthly Meetings: Office management issues are the focus of these bi-monthly office manager meetings. Third party payer representatives, vaccine and medical supply vendors, as well as other RVPI service representatives meet with RVPI member office managers to discuss administrative management issues and current health care trends. Office managers use this information to better manage the business of their medical offices.

• HEDIS Procedure Projects: The Office Managers meetings, were utilized  in part  to develop in-house HEDIS guidelines and procedures for RVPI member offices.  

• Educational Office Management Seminars: RVPI offers educational business seminars to physicians, office managers, and staff. The seminars are unique in that they are focused on pediatric community based office issues and provide a strong background for enhancing efficient and effective office management. Seminars offered address administrative, billing/CPT coding, personnel issues and OSHA, CLIA and HEDIS regulations.

• HIPAA Education:  The Office Managers meetings were utilized  to develop in-house HIPAA guidelines and procedures for the RVPI member offices.
