We provide management services and group purchasing for pediatric practices
River Valley Pediatricians, Inc., (RVPI) is a local/regional management services and group purchasing organization serving pediatric primary care practices in and around Greater Cincinnati/ Northern Kentucky/Southeast Indiana. RVPI has partnered with community physicians since the 1980s. RVPI offers top-level vaccine discounts to its member practices from vendors like Sanofi, Merck, GSK, Pfizer, Astra-Zeneca, Seqirus, Moderna and more. A wide variety of other product and service organizations are identified to assist practices. Frequently we leverage the size and importance of the network to obtain special pricing from these vendors.
Ohio Valley Primary Care Associates (OVPCA) is a subset of RVPI that has helped establish a comprehensive, integrated health care delivery system to promote quality and cost-effective care. The majority of RVPI practices participate in OVPCA, member physicians participate in a physician hospital organization (PHO) with Cincinnati Children’s Hospital and pediatric sub-specialists to create treatment protocols and share patient outcomes, thereby, achieving clinical integration. The work of our practices in collaboration with the PHO has enabled improvements in Asthma care, constipation treatment, and other initiatives to render better patient care.
In addition, network members benefit from the freedom and easy access to call the RVPI administrative office with questions concerning operational issues, government regulations, etc.
